Shipping & Returns
All merchandise is shipped by Fashion World Express via USPS in the United States. The cost of shipping is Between $4.00 -25.00 (Clothing & Heavy Accessories 6.99 shoes 8.99-25.00 on all Single Item orders & 2.99 when more then one clothing piece is added and 8.00+ for each additional shoes automatically added at checkout.
When ordering please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for any lost packages on orders with incorrect information. Any address change request not matching order can cause delay or decline to protect us and others from credit card fraud .
Delivery takes 5-7 Business Days on all items in Stock ! Delivery on Pre Order items 1- 3 week or arrival date listed ( Can be sooner ) Because many of our items have limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock you will receive a refund for the full amount. We do not ship partial orders unless paid for by customer.
International shipping
We are happy to serve our International Clients . Rates start at 19.95 . USPS Delivery 8-12 Days . Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will go to you upon our delivery to the carrier .

Returns & Exchanges
All purchases are non-refundable. We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for merchandise unworn, unused and in original condition with all original tags attached. Fashion World Express has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that Fashion World Express determines does not meet these requirements. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on sale items , SwimWear , Accessories, or handbags. exchanges on all merchandise must be Return to Fashion World Express within 10 days of receipt. ( Date listed on receipt ) if received after date exchange will not be honored and item will be shipped back. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and email us at [email protected] immediately. Please send all returns or exchanges, insured, along with the original invoice and details on the reason for the return, in the original packaging to address listed on package.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.
